Increase your sons overall sports performance and endurance while he conditions for baseball. Using strength training exercises and plyometric drills, I will assist your son in building strength, power and speed. I will also incorporate cross fitness workout drills.
I have been a long distance / cross country runner for 15 years and have coached 12U/14U recreational baseball and softball teams.
My goals are simple: build strength, increase range of motion, and improve foot speed and agility. I know that sports conditioning is not easy. Increase player support...increase player interest parents.
