This is the website for the Nebraska Cornhuskers Weight & Athletic Development Program. A person can convert their max in a lift by using multiple repetitions. Use the 1RM meter and plug in your repetitions & weight lifted to get a converted max. For example, see what your max is in the bench press when you do 12 reps with 185 pounds. You can use this formula for all lifts!!!

All athletes need to take a SAT or ACT test or both to participate in college athletics. This site has dates, times, locations, registration info & practice questions. If your student is planning on going to college please visit this site.
It is important that all players take an SAT or ACT by the end of their junior year. This helps a lot in the recruiting process. Many athletes are nervous about taking the test, but they need a score to see where they stand and the areas to receive help in. Many qualify the first time around.
