Barrow County Cheer Association: Printable forms and rules

2012 Registration is from March 1-May 5
Late registration is from May 6-June 5 (and will have an additional $25 late registration fee)

Each Cheerleader will need to fill out a registration package.

Registration fee is $75 for the first child and $65 for additional children in the same family. You must pay the registration fee in full plus 1/2 of the uniform cost to sign up.

There will not be any other fees due (we will not have a sponsorship, fundraising, or spirit fee as we have in the past).

At this time, the Barrow County Cheer Association is not able to offer scholarships.

Once the season begins, you will have the option to buy extras, like t-shirts, pictures, magnets, but you are not required to purchase these.

You can register online (for an additional fee). Link for online registration will be available March 1st.

Registration and uniform fees are non-refundable.

Please view attachment for instructions on applying for a coach or assistant coach position. A background check will need to accompany the form when submitted to BCCA.


*Head coaches will be reimbursed $50 from their child' registration fee at the end of the season.

*Assistant coaches will be reimbursed $25 from their registration fee at the end of the season.

Cheer camp is open to kids ages 5-12.

Tuesday June 5-Thursday June 7th from 6pm-8pm at the Apalachee High School gym
$45 (checks payable to AHS Cheercats Booster Club)

Cheerleaders learn cheers, chants, pyramids, stunts, tumbling, and cheer games. Each participant gets a t-shirt, daily snack, and spirit stick.

Final showdown and awards are on June 7th. Parents arrive at 7:45.

2012 AHS Cheer Camp

Cheer camp is open to kids ages 4-12.

June 18, 19, and 20 from 9am-12pm at the Winder Barrow High School gym.
Registration is on June 18th in the gym- $40 (cash/check only)

Snack and drink provided daily at 10:30. T-shirt is provided for campers on June 20th prior to performance
Spirit items will be available for purchase each day.

Performance for parents from 11-12 on the morning of June 20th.
