If you are a business or an individual interested in sponsoring a team during the spring season, please download and complete a Sponsor Form.

Forms should be returned, along with a check for $250, to:

Completed Volunteer Application must be submitted to Division Director along with photocopy of valid government issued photo identification PRIOR to serving in any volunteer capacity.
