NY Barrage in Fields again in LIWSL - In first place summer 2010

The NY Barrage, our most senior team of college and retired college players fielded for the 6th yr in a row. We currently are in first place in LIWSL.

We have players from colleges all around the region...including Loyola, Towsan, Providence, Oneonta, Molloy, Adelphi, Marist, and others... We train 2 x per week, concentrating on core strength , Plyometrics, speed and agility. Barrage training is considered the best choice for preparation of August college pre-seasons.

Welcome Farmingdale Force U14 girls! You now join a select few Long Island teams that have shown the commitment to strive for the best.  Barrage Soccer teams have consistantly improved year on year achieving the often difficult balance of high level performance and success while maintaining an enjoyable learning experience.

We graduate several of luck to Rachael B, Amanda, Rachael C, Kelsey, Michele, Geo and Danielle ! We will miss you on the Liberty! Good luck in college!

Smithtown Liberty U14 Girls - Undefeated Fall 2006 Divison 1

The Smithtown Liberty continue to excell. Undefeated in Div 1 fall 2006.

Smithtown Liberty U12 Girls win Division Championship!

Congradulations to the Smithtown Liberty for winning LIJSL Divison 2 this fall!
The Liberty trained hard this entire year...thru the summer the rain...on dirt...whatever it order to win the division. They won 23 pts ....with a impressive first place finish in a very competitive division.

Accomplishments include:

 First Place : Ref Fuel Tournament '04
 First Place : Northport Travel Tournament '04

Training will we can be prepared for Division one!

Smithtown Liberty knocks Bayport out of State Cup

The Liberty surprised the Bayport power in the State Cup competition.
Liberty 1 Power 0

Bayport was a finalist in the state competition last year..expected to repeat in 06...till they met the Liberty!
