Barboursville Little League is proud to host the 2009 State All Star softball tournament for the 9-10 and 10-11 year old age divisions on July 16-22. The packet for managers and coaches is now posted in the handouts section, or by clicking the link above. All teams are to report on July 16 at 5:00 - 6:00 for registration.
Check back often for updates. Please contact Sid Stephenson, Tournament Director, immediatley at 304-541-1926 to provide contact information for your teams. If you have any questions or want to know how YOU can volunteer to help in the tournament activities. please contact Sid or one of the BLLB Board members. The pool play schedule and finals brackets can be found at the following link on the District 1 web site.

Wednesday, July 8
The major girls 11-12 year old all stars have qualified for the state tournament as runner up in District 1 and will move on to Craigsville, WV to begin pool play on July 18. CONGRATULAIONS and good lucj at the State Tournament!
Tuesday, July 7
The Barboursville 10-11 year old baseball team has qualified for the State Tournament by winning the District 1 Championship. The team will start pool play in the State Tournament in Dunbar on July 17. Congratulations and good luck in the state tournament.
Tuesday, July 7
The Barboursville 9-10 Year Old All Star team qualified for the State Tournament to be held at its home field in Barboursville by finishing as runner up in District 1. The team starts pool play on Friday July 17 at 5:00 PM at the Barboursville Little League Complex.
Thursday, July 2
The Barboursville 9-10 year old baseball all star team was crowned District 1 Champions. The team will move on to the State Tournament in Mill Creek, West Virginia with pool play games starting July 11. CONGRATULATIONS and Good Luck in the State Tournament!

MAJOR GIRLS SOFTBALL
CENTURY 21 REGULAR SEASON AND TOURNAMENT CHAMPS!
Century 21 finished the 2009 softball regular season 16-0 & won both games of the league tournament. In the semi-finals Century 21 defeated Nease Chiropractic 10-0. In the tournament championship game Century 21 defeated Dr. Sammons 13-3. The girls from Century 21 finished the season with a 22-1 record and a runner-up finish in the Les Ghiz tournament.
