Bangor East Little League (BELL) is dedicated to providing a safe, fun setting for youngsters to enjoy learning and playing baseball. Little League is for ages 5 through 12. BELL has four divisions:T-Ball for 5 & 6 year olds, Farm League from ages 7 through 9, Minor League for ages 8 through 12, and Major League for ages 9 through 12. Your child will be placed in an appropriate on a team in a division based upon a tryout held in the spring. Typically each team in each division will have between 10 and 14 players with one to three coaches. Everyone makes a team.

BELL is governed by a Board of Directors that is elected at the annual meeting held each January. All of those interested in Little League baseball are encouraged to attend but only members of BELL are allowed to nominate, vote for, and serve on the Board of Directors. BELL is a nonprofit organization governed by the rules of Little League baseball and our Bylaws. Every year we need parent volunteers for a successful season. Coaching and umpires are probably the most visible volunteers but we also need help in running the concession stand, our raffle, team photographs, field maintenance, fund-raising, administrative tasks, tryouts, equipment, etc. If you would like to help out, please contact our volunteer coordinator Kim Hillier at 947 6701.
