Scott Garrett has signed for Saints on a loan deal from Highland League Huntly until the end of the season. Although the young Banchory striker had been put up for sale by the Strathbogie club, Saints Manager Steve Scott managed to clinch the loan deal after a week of negotiations.

Scott moved to Huntly at the start of last season after being a prolific scorer for our own Under 19's for two successive seasons, but found it difficult to break into the Huntly team. Scott's signing gives Saints several options now up front, and competition for places in the starting line up will now keep the strikers on their toes.
