This was a very open entertaining game at Milton Park against a Maud team who took full points off Saints in the League last season. 1-0 down at half time, Saints drew level through Andrew Courage and then a Maud own goal put us in front, only for Maud to equalise immediately with a controversial offside goal, that the referee later admitted his mistake.

Saints took the lead again with 15 minutes remaining again through Courage, but Maud equalised with a Gibby Stephen header 5 minutes from time.
