Our organization fundraiser for cheer/football are the 35 raffle tickets you were given.

We ask that all participants sells 20 tickets. Prizes are given out for 35 tickets sold or more.

The Flag and MiteyMites division may do some additional fundraising to help defer some of the cost of the banquet.

COMPETITION FUNDRAISING

Jr Pee Wee/Pee Wee/Jr Midgets/Midget divisions

As a competitive team we must fundraise to help defer the cost for the parents. We fundraise as a team and that means that anyone that does not participate with the fundraisers available will be responsible for paying the amount per child it will cost to travel.

An estimated amount will range about $262.00/cheerleader.

A check must be written and handed in 2 weeks prior to leaving and if no monies received your child will not be allowed to attend.

This price includes funds for bus rental and hotel rooms.

Traveling

Traveling will be done throughout the season for games, competitions and exhibitions.

We recognize that this is a huge commitment not only from your children but from you also. We need to arrive an hour early from when the games start. This is very important so the girls can warm up and start cheering as a team.

Competition and exhibition arrivals will be the responsibility of your coaches to get you that information.

Competition Traveling

Competing teams will travel in November we travel as a team. This means we all ride a bus or we all car pool. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Hotel rooms will come into play and we will be having chaperones for this. All children will be staying with a chaperone and there are no exceptions. Depending if we have more parents wanting to chaperone than we do rooms we will put all names in a hat and draw for them. Every chaperone will be asked to have a backround check that we will supply to them. Chaperones will be responsible for the children in their room as soon as they board the bus until the bus returns home and all parents are there to pick their children up.
