Matthew James signs to wrestle for BAKER UNIVERSITY
Former Bulldog standout Matthew James has signed on to wrestle for the BAKER WILDCATS next season, his senior year at BU. James, who originally had competed in Track and Field for the Wildcats, will join the wrestling squad and compete at either 149 or 157 pounds.
James was a two-time State Qualifier for BHS, also serving as a team captain for a Bulldog team that won its first 4A REGIONAL TITLE since 1989. He recorded 28 pins as a senior, which still stands as the school record for most falls in a season.
