Scenes from the excitement of the 2002 Kansas State Wrestling Tournament at the Kansas Coliseum in Wichita. Baldwin had a school-record seven state qualifiers and a school-record three placewinners. The team finished a school best 7th place and coach Kit Harris was named the 4A Coach of the Year. Senior Witt Hinton won a state title, sophomore Kyle Flory finished second, sophomore Derek Lang was sixth place, and senior Adam Halford was one match from placing and finished in the top eight of his bracket. Junior Dan Hamilton and freshman Joe Bonner each won one match, while junior Seth Halford was 0-2.

Baldwin youth wrestler Kevin Callahan competed in the Kids Freestyle/Greco-Roman National Championships in Fresno, California. He placed 1st in greco and 5th in freestyle, nearly winning the "Triple Crown Award."

Scenes from the 1st Gold Medal Wrestling Clinic held at Baldwin High School on June 19-20-21. There were 46 wrestlers in attendance from youth to high school ages.
