Clutch Performance in Bears Win!

Franchise Record 73-34-3

BEARS FANS STILL WAITING FOR HIT PARADE TO SHOW-UP

The Bad News Bears improved their performance Monday night with 17 runs on 21 hits while beating the North Ranch Ballers 17-5. Coach Buttermaker is still not sold on his team being able to upset both IronWorks and Old School when given the chance. "In-order to put ourselves back in the title game we are going to have to put up more of an offensive threat. We played better then last week but we will need to do better as the season grows". Exclaimed Buttermaker after the game. The game was broken open in the 4th inning with a clutch 2 out triple from Clark Knoblock scoring 2 in the top of the 4th. The Bears also had a solid defensive perfromance from both Devin Sirkus and Tyler Turquand.

The Bears will face the current champions Old School next Monday night, game time is at 9:00. The stage has been set, the Bears will have the chance to show Old School that they are a threat come play-off time. The Bears will have to win without John Gallagher as he will be out of town.
