WELCOME TO THE HOME OF BAC YOUTH FOOTBALL
The BAC Youth Football program provides quality instruction and coaching to students in grades two through eight. The program has four elements:
-
Flag Football for grades 2, 3, and 4;
-
The AFL, which is the 5/6 grade program;
-
The NFL, which is the 7/8 grade program;
-
The Blazing Stars, traveling no-weight limit 8th grade team.
The BAC is a volunteer based non-profit organization dedicated to the development of the community's young people through sports. The BAC provides sports supervision and administration for youth athletic activities. The BAC is organized under the direction of a Board of Directors, which is comprised of officers and sport commissioners. BAC Football’s commissioner is Mel Larson.
In House sports are open to all residents of Burnsville/Savage and those families residing within the boundaries of Independent School District #191.
BAC Registration Dates and Fee Refund Policy
Late sign-ups are from Monday, July 6th, to August 1st, at the BAC Office at Burnsville City Hall from 9AM - 2PM Mondays thru Thursdays. Late registrations after August 1st will result in a late fee and your son will not be guaranteed placement on your side of town for the upcoming season.
Speed Improvement Camp Fee = $35.00
Flag Football Registration Fee = $55.00
Tackle Football Registration Fee = $175.00
You may register for Speed Improvement Camp at registrations or at the first day of camp that you attend during the two weeks.
A full refund will be granted if asked for prior to the first day of ratings week. A partial rebate will be given up to and including draft day (Thursday of ratings week). This partial rebate will include the fund raiser fee and $50.00 of the registration fee.
After teams have been selected, there will be NO refunds. Note that the flag program will not be affected by this policy except as after teams are selected the policy will be the same as tackle. If you have any questions, please contact BAC Football.
BAC Youth Flag Football
BAC Football will again be offering flag football for grades 2-4. This will be the 3rd year for the program and last season 100 players particiapted.
The program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork.
