HOT DISHES MEATBALLS BY: GOSS FAMILY 1 BAG OF FROZEN MEATBALLS 1 JAR RED PEPPERED JELLY (jelly isle) 1 JAR GREEN PEPPERED JELLY (jelly isle) 1 JAR KETCHUP WITH A KICK (found with the chili sauces. Frys has it always) PLACE MEATBALLS, JELLIES AND KETCHUP IN SLOW COOKER COOK UNTIL WARM ALL THE WAY THROUGH STIRRING AS NEEDED. NON SLOW COOKER METHOD COOK MEATBALLS AS DIRECTED ON PACKAGE COMBINE ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS IN A SAUCE PAN HEAT ON LOW/MED ONCE MEATBALLS ARE DONE MIX THEM INTO THE SAUCE SERVE. ********************************************************************* Buffalo wing Dip Bunker Family Single batch 2 chicken boiled breasts ¾ cup Franks Red Hot ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese Shred boiled chicken then simmer all of the above together in a sauce pan 10 min 1 cup Ranch dressing 2 pkg (8oz) cream cheese Mix together in a bowl then add simmered chicken mixture, stir thoroughly. Put into baking dish, sprinkle ½ cup shredded cheese on top and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. ************************************************************************ Mac and Cheese recipe

Ingredients:
1 bag elbow macaroni
1/3 of a block of Velveta Cheese
1/2 stick of real butter
2/3 cup of half and half
tablespoon of olive oil
Directions:
Boil noodles in water (put tablespoon of oil in water to cut down on noodles sticking.) drain noodles.
Layer cubes of butter, cheese, 1/3 cup of half and half and noodles in large bowl.
Microwave for about 2 minutes
Blend and add remainder of half and half if needed to smooth out cheese. Don't overuse to the point it becomes runny.
(milk and margarine can be substituted to decrease artery damage)! ********************************************************************* Chicken Fried Rice

16 oz bag of Brown rice (Not minute rice)
3 boneless chicken breasts (cubed)
3 eggs
1 tablespoon butter
1 large carrott and 3 celery stalks (chopped)
1 tbs. Sesame Oil
1/4 cupVegatable oil
Soy sauce
Follow directions for cooking rice ( don't overcook. It will become mushy when fried).
In skillet, mix and heat sesame and vegetable oil and cook chicken. Remove and drain excess oil.
Scramble eggs, mix chopped celery and carrotts and chicken with rice and fry until rice begins to become browner and dryer stirring frequently. Add soy to your liking and continue to stir.

SALADS Vermicelli Salad By: Hose Family 16 oz pkg Vermicelli Pasta 2 Tbsp Salt 2 Bunches Green Onions 1 Green, Red OR Yellow Pepper 6 Stalks Celery 1 Lg can of Lg Black Olives (optional) 1 Pint Real Mayonnaise 1 Sm Jar Pimientos 4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice 3 Tbsp Accent (find in spice isle with salt, pepper, etc.) Boil Vermicelli with salt for 10 minutes. Drain pasta. Chop pepper, celery and green onions into small pieces. In medium bowl, mix oil, lemon, mayonnaise and Accent together. In large bowl, pour mayonnaise mixture over vermicelli and toss until well mixed. Mix in veggie’s. Cover and refrigerate overnight. ******************************************************************** Chinese Chicken Salad Bunker Family Single batch 1 head cabbage 1 bunch green onions 2 boiled chicken breasts 1 pkg chicken Ramen Slivered almonds (optional) Cut up all of the above and mix together Dressing ¾ cup vegetable oil 7 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar ½ cup sugar or splenda Pkg chicken seasoning ( from ramen) Pour over salad and mix well

Healthy Honey Bran Muffins\

1 1/2 c. Raisin Bran cereal
1/3 c. boiling water
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. chopped nuts, optional
1/4 c. honey
Combine the cereal and boiling water in a heatproof bowl and mix well. let stand until cool. Mix the whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together. Beat the brown sugar, applesauce and egg in a mixing bowl until creamy. Add the dry ingredients, cereal mixture and buttermilk and mix just until moistened. Fold in the nuts.
Fill 12 jumbo muffin cups or 24 standard muffin cups sprayed with nonstick cooking spray 3/4 full. Drizzle each jumbo with 1 t. honey, or each standard muffin with 1/2 t. honey.
Bake at 375 for 18 to 20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
