District 5 Little League Needs YOU!


The District 5 Little League Board of Directors is looking for dedicated people to help run the District operations.

The District Staff meets once every month to discuss the issues and policies of the District that serves 13 members leagues in Tucson AZ and we need people like you!

Currently we are seeking individuals to for the following positions:

Director of Upper Baseball - Oversees all upper baseball opperations (JR's and up) and development of programs at the district level. Reports to the ADA of Baseball Operations.

District Information Officer - Managers website and information from the District Office

District Secretary - Takes minuets at the District 5 meetings 

General Board Members - Vote and discuss on District 5 Board activities

Welcome from the District Administrator

Welcome families, players and friends!  It is my honor to welcome all of you to our wonderful Little League program!

Let me start off by providing you with some information about District 5 Little League.  It is the mission of District 5 Little League to provide leadership and support to all member leagues and ensure that all members and players have the best possible experience.  District 5 Little League is the proud home to 13 member leagues provideing both Little League Baseball and Softball Programs, comprised of player’s ages 5 through 18.  The member leagues include Amphi, Canyon Del Oro (CDO), Canyon View, Continental Ranch, Coronado, Flowing Wells Continental, Frontier, Marana, Sabino Canyon, Tanque Verde, Thornydale, Tucson Mountain and Western.  District 5 is also proud to offer the Challenger Program, for the physically and mentally disabled youth in our communities.

District 5 is also proud to host the State 10-11 year old Softball tournament for the 2013 season and to continue to host the West Region Junior Softball Tournament.  These tournaments provide a great opportunity for our members and players to witness firsthand the possibilities of the Little League program and how, through Courage, Character and Loyalty, they can become a champion on and off the field!
