AYSO Region 37: Sign Up Now!: Fall Open 2013 Registration

YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER!

Instructions on how to register: 

1. Visit our website at www.eayso.org and pre-register your child.
(For U4 ONLY: Please put the your child’s birthdate 1 year EARLY Ex: Aug 1, 2010 bday, make it August 1, 2009 and then email registrar@ayso37.org and specify the child's correct birthdate. Please contact coaches@ayso37.org or registrar@ayso37.org with any questions.)

2. Bring 2 copies of the player form along with proof of birth date (if not a returning player in this region) to the AYSO 37 office. (330 South Maple St. Ste A Corona CA 92880)

3. Bring registration fee, Money Order, Credit/Check cards are preferred. PLEASE NO CASH. The easiest and fastest way to register, bring Money Order to avoid the payment line.

4. All U10 and above players new to AYSO will need to be evaluated. See dates below.

5. You must fill out volunteer forms every season, pre-register as a volunteer and bring 1 copy of the volunteer form along with your player’s registration.

Registration include uniforms, 1 Galaxy ticket, pictures and fields.  

AYSO is an all volunteer organization and we need you. As one of the largest AYSO Region’s, coaches, team managers, referees, field, and region staff are needed. Where can you HELP???

*U4/U5 Academy-- $90 Money Order ONLY Payable to "Region 37"

*U6-U17-- $110 Money Order ONLY Payable to "Region 37"

**Depending on the date the player is registered and the amount of kids in the division, you may be put on a waiting list.

**If a player age 8 or above and has not played AYSO soccer before, they will need to attend a player evaluation assessment.  See below schedule.  If anyone has questions please contact coaches@ayso37.org.

4th Annual AYSO 37 Night with the L.A. Galaxy
Included in your registration fee, each U06-U19 player will receive one FREE ticket to AYSO 37 Night
with the L.A. Galaxy, date TBD. Additional tickets may be purchased upon request.
