AYSO Region 526 covers the city of Huntington Park, Bell, Cudahy and Maywood. This web page is intended to provide our players and parents an information source about what is happening in our region.
The AYSO philosophy is to develop and deliver a quality soccer program where everyone participates in a fun, fair, safe, environment based on the 5 AYSO philosophies which are as follows:
Everyone Plays -
Our program's goal is for kids to play soccer--so we mandate that every player on every team must play at least half of every game.
Balanced Teams -
Each year we form new teams as evenly balanced as possible--because it is fair and more fun when teams of equal ability play.
Open Registration -
Our program is open to all children between 4 1/2 years and 18 years of age who want to register and play soccer. Interest and enthusiasm are the only criteria for playing.
Positive Coaching -
Encouragement of player effort provides for greater enjoyment by the players and ultimately leads to better-skilled and better-motivated players.
Good Sportsmanship -
We strive to create a positive environment base on mutual respect rather than a win at all costs attitude, and our program is designed to instill good sportsmanship in every facet of AYSO.
Player Development
we believe that all players should be able to develop their soccer skills and knowledge to the best of their abilities, both individually and as members of a team, in order to maximize their enjoyment of the game.
If you would like to expedite your visit to us on registration day. You can pre register at www.eayso.org. You still have to come and visit us, with a 2" by 2" picture of the player, proof of birth date, check or money order payable to AYSO Region 526 and three copies of the registration form. Registration 2012 - 2013 Season
May 20th 2012 - Salt Lake Park (Muni-Room) - 12-3PM.
June 24th 2012 - Salt Lake Park (Muni-Room) - 12-3PM.
July 1st 2012 - Salt Lake Park (Muni-Room) - 12-3PM.
Please Bring:
1 current wallet size picture, to make an AYSO player ID card.
Check or money order, payable to AYSO Region 526, "NO CASH".
$70 per player, U16 and U19; boys and girls.
$90 per player, divisions U6 - U14; boys and girls.
(The registration fee for the U6-U14 includes the $20 Thanksgiving Tournament fee.)
