Welcome to the Albemarle Youth Basketball League based in Northeastern North Carolina!
The Albemarle Youth Basketball League has earned 1 Division I Championship Bid and 10 Division II Championship Bids in its brief history. In 2002 the NC Breakers 13 & under team earned 4th Place at the division I tournament. This is the highest any team in the area has finished. In 2004 the 15 & under team placed 5th at the Division II National Tournament in New Orleans, La.

Again in 2008 the Albemarle Youth Basketball League will have teams in different age groups. If their is any one that is interested in coaching or making a donation you may contact either Brian Chappell at 252-221-6546 or Donnell Whitehurst at 252-264-3700.
