Coaches just wanted to remind you that in order to be considered an official team, you will need to have at least 9 players registered and your sponsor fee paid by this Saturday, July 11th
Fees:
$50 per player - - Application and Code of Conduct (application on Forms and Rules page)
$200 team sponsor fee - - Sponsor Application (application on Forms and Rules page)

Player Clinics
We will be scheduling a couple of Player Clinics, which allow players who don't have a team to come out and be matched up with teams in need of players. Dates and times to be announced.
Also please remember that if you fund raise in the off season according to AWKA League Policies Section 1. - General Rules and Regulations subsection D.
No raffles, guessing or gambling related fundraisers will be allowed. No fundraisers where prizes or money is won will be allowed.
No solicitation of funds in the name of Austin Women’s Kickball Association will be allowed for fund raising events held off-site. Any violations of this will result in immediate suspension from the League. The Board reserves the right to determine suspension period for the current season and/or permanent League suspension if the violation is found to be substantial, repetitive or detrimental to the Non Profit status or in violation of the law. |
