Tuesday, December 8 Ready for some baseball? Hi Guys, All that are ready to play some more Trojan ball, please contact myself (Dan) or Brian and let us know that your still interested. We will begin practicing shortly for the upcoming MLK tournament (1/16/10 -1/18/10) weather permitting. Exact location for practice & the tournament T.B.D. Monday, September 14 Upcoming 13U Triple Crown Tournament Our next tournament will be the will be the Triple Crown High Desert Fall Challenge September 26th & 27th at Lancaster Big 8 Park in Lancaster (next to Costco on 10th St West & Avenue L). Please be sure to get the tournament $$ to Dan or Jim as soon as possible if your son is interested in playing. Monday, September 14 Trojans take 3rd place in their 1st 13U Tournament The Trojans entered their 1st tournament as 13U and started off really well. The 1st two games on Saturday they won 9-1 against the YV Thunderbirds & 9-4 against the La Costa Bandits. That made them the #2 seed, which meant that their game would not be played until 3:15PM. Sunday the boys played against the Clippers and did not do as well as they did on Saturday, they ended up losing 5-1, I guess their bats went to sleep. That loss sent them to the Consolation round where they faced the Cal Lookouts Black. The game started at 6:30PM (an hour late). They small balled their way to a 11-2 victory and 3rd place overall. Good Job Trojans! We would also like to thank Tanner Pearman for playing with us this weekend. Sunday, November 30 Trojan's Win Thanksgiving Super NIT The Trojan's win in their 1st tournament of the season as 12 year olds. Nice job boys........next! Friday, November 7 Trojan's Are Going to Cooperstown! We received our dates for Cooperstown. We will be going the Week of July 18th - July 24th 2009. Please be sure to bring your deposits to practice so we can turn our $$ in and retain our spot. Also, be sure to request that time off of work for those that are planning on attending. Thursday, June 12 Trojans are the USTBA California Points Leader The Trojans are ranked #1 in State Points with USTBA with 700 points! Good job Trojans, NEXT!
