ALL (New & Returning) PLAYERS:  The in-person registration date has been changed due to the storm.  It will now be held on Monday, February 8th from 6 PM - 8:30 PM at the London Grove Township Building (372 Rose Hill Road, West Grove, PA 19390).

NEW PLAYERS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING TO REGISTER: Birth Certificate AND Two Proofs of Residency (tax bill, utility bill, etc.).  The 2010 fees are listed below and all checks are to be made payable to AGALL.

RETURNING PLAYERS:  FREE online registration open through 3/17 for Baseball Juniors, Seniors and BIGs only by clicking 'Register Online' above .

2010 FEES:

• T-ball thru Majors (5-12 years old)          - $115 per child 
• Juniors thru BIGs (13-18 years old)         - $165 per child
• Family Maximum                                      - $235 per family

League Age for Baseball is determined by the player’s age as of April 30, 2010.

League Age for Softball is determined by the player’s age as of December 31, 2009.

AGALL Board Policy on Late Sign Ups:  After registration is over (2/8 for Softball (all divisions) and Baseball (T-Ball through Majors)), only late signups to complete teams will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.  There will be a $15 late fee and pants/sliding pads will not be available.

The February Board meeting, originally scheduled for the 18th, will now be held on February 11th at 7:30 PM at the West Grove Borough Hall.

Baseball Tryouts – Saturday, February 13th @ AGHS Gym

• 12:00 PM - 1:45 PM:  Returning Majors (all players who played in the Majors division last year)
• 1:15 PM – 3:15 PM:   11 and 12 year old players (all 11 and 12 year old players who were not in Majors last year)
• 2:45 PM - 4:45 PM:   9 and 10 year old players (only the 9 year olds trying out for Minor A/Majors should attend this session and all 10 year olds)
• 4:15 PM – 6:00 PM:  8 and 9 year old players (only the 8 year olds trying out for Minor B and the 9 year olds playing in Minor B)

If you are unable to attend this day, please e-mail Karen Ambrose, agbaseballinfo@aol.com, as an alternate time may be available.  Please include your child's name, birthdate and what division they are trying out for.

NOTE: All players are to be dropped off in the high school lobby and no parents will be allowed in the gym during try outs. The players can be picked up at the end of their session.

Softball Tryouts – Sunday, February 21st @ AGHS Gym

• 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM:   Minors: ages 8 (only if trying out for Minors) through 10 years old
• 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM:   Majors: ages 11 and 12 years old
• 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM:   Juniors & Seniors: ages 13+ years old

Please come at least 15 minutes early to sign in and register.

Additional Tryout Information

• Little League International assigns 7 year olds automatically to the Rookie League.
• 8 year olds may tryout for Minors.
• 10 year olds may tryout for Majors.
• Players MUST tryout within their respected age bracket.

Classroom Instruction will be held at the West Grove Borough Hall from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on the following Wednesdays:

Field Training will be held at the AGALL Complex (Field A or Field B) from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the following Saturdays:

** Please note that all umpiring candidates need to attend one session of classroom instruction and one session of field training in order to umpire any AGALL games. **

AGALL Night at the Blue Rocks is scheduled for June 19th.  If we sell 300 tickets to this game, we will earn an AGALL Spring Training Day at Frawley Stadium on April 25th.  Please contact Susan Tompkins at candlelade03@aol.com for more information.
