The Averill Park Wrestling Club is a proud sponsor of Averill Park wrestling during both in-season and off-season wrestling. Our goal is ensuring the education and safety of our wrestlers both on and off the mat.

The mission of the Averill Park Wrestling Club is to enable our children to benefit from participation in individual and team sports and activities in a safe and structured environment.  Through this active participation, our program promotes and teaches fundamental values, skills, and knowledge that children will use throughout their lives.

~ A Positive Experience for All ~

Averill Park Wrestling Club has no tryouts and does not make roster cuts.  All children participate at their own skill level.

~ Safe Playing Environment ~

During off season wrestling, All wrestlers are matched by age and weight class.  All head coaches must have on the mat high school level wrestling experience. All volunteer coaches must have basic wrestling knowledge. All coaches are required to attend a yearly CPR and First Aid certification class.
