To ensure the accuracy and completeness of the season standings scores must be reported for all games played. This becomes very important come playoff time when accurate win/loss records are needed for seeding teams. Please follow the following procedures to report scores in a timely manner.

              District Heads:

                 - On the "Handouts" tab on the main menu you will find a form that you should print out and have a copy at each scorers table at each of your locations hosting games. After each game the scorer can record the information on this sheet and you then can enter the scores by going to the schedule/standings section and input the scores here or you can have coaches enters scores themselves, whichever is easier for you. It's not a problem if both the winning team and losing team enters scores, it gives us a double check.

              Coaches:

                 - If you want your games to be in the Citizen newspaper you must Email your scores to Bryon Cousineau by Sunday night for that weekends games. His email address is -    bcousineau@borgwarner.com    If you are unable to email Bryon you may call him @ 253-7059 with your scores.

                 - Some scores don't get reported. If you notice past games that don't appear to be included in the standings please email those games also to Dan Sanders. Or if you want you may email the scores of all games you have played and we will see to it that they are entered. The email address is-    dsand@adelphia.net

               With the help and cooperation of coaches and district heads we should have complete and accurate standings for all to enjoy.
