2010 - 2011 USAV / AZ REGION MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
New Junior Members / New Coaches - those not registered in the 2009-2010 season after which time you will be sent your login and other information via email.

Renewing Junior Members / Coaches - members who were registered in the Arizona Region for the 2009-2010 season. Your login will come to you immediately via email. You will use the information to log in and renew your registration, select your club after tryouts, and update any information that has changed over the course of the season

Completing the Registration
Completing Registration - To complete the online registration payment must be sent and processed by the AZ Region Office. All Membership Fees are paid directly to the Arizona Region - no longer to the club. Please print off this Online Registration Payment Form to send in to the Region Office - the address is on the form. Please send in any other forms or proof of age required at this time to complete the registration process. The following is a list of other forms or proof of age that may be required to complete registration:
Membership is not effective until these fees and any other required paperwork are received and processed. Cash, checks or credit cards are accepted. Please register early to avoid the crush prior to tryouts.
Each individual will now need to register themselves through WebPoint with the Arizona Region - instead of through their club or team. The individual will update the data, pay the Region directly and keep the information current. The club director will no longer have the ability to update the individual's data in the online system. Each individual will need to be registered directly with the Arizona Region PRIOR to tryouts or joining any club.
