5 TIMES!!!

The ATL EXPRESS are now 5 TIMES Champions in the Cobb Screen league with a win over Gridiron in the championship game. The win over Gridiron marked the 5 straight season that the ATL Express has won this league. This one was highlighted by the a semi-final game where we were taken to the limit by West Georgia. We scored with 1 second left in the game against West Georgia to pull within 1 point at 27-26. But, with hearts of a champion, we chose to go for 2 points and the win, instead of going for 1 point and the tie. And to make the suspense even more, the two point conversion pass to Mike Baird was tipped by Mike, and tipped again as he tried to run the ball down, then tipped by Rick, who then hauled it in for the 2 point conversion and the win.

The Championship game was much easier as we beat a young Gridiron team 26-7 to win the fifth straight title.
