"This is Why I Coach" by Greg Chiang (17 National Coach)
Probably one of my proudest moments as a coach.  After seeing the seedings for states, it is absolutely rewarding to see how each and everyone of you took your game back to your respective high schools and led your teams.  I couldn't have asked for anything more.  Each of you contributed to your school's team and how they're ranked now.  Looking at just the numbers:
Seeded #1:
#1 Old Tappan - Aiyana
#1 Science Park - Karol and Kiara
#1 Mahwah - Karissa
Seeded #2:
#2 West Morris Central - Kelly and Jackie
#2 Union Catholic - Emily
#2 Hunterdon Central - Rachel and Corinne
Other seedings:
#5 Cranford - Meghan
#7 East Brunswick - Nicole
#16 West Windsor South - Lea
Congratulations ladies!  Win States!
