**ASA South Atlantic Region Tournament Winners-BERTH

NEWS FLASH - Two years ago we finished 9th at the ASA "A" 10U Nationals in Auburn, Alabama.  Our roster is now comprised of 2nd year 12U players.  We qualified/played in the 2008 ASA "A" Nationals in Montgomery, Alabama.  We just won the 2009 ASA South Atlantic Region Tournament to get our Berth.  We out did that accomplishment by winning the 2009 ASA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP. 

We ended the year by playing in the ASA Nationals in Normal, Il.  We took our original squad, 10  players - no pick-ups, had one girl injured and had to fly home.  After 6 days, we finished T-17 out of 88 teams.  A very respectable showing.
