Flames place 2nd in Moms's Day Out
On Saturday, the Flames showed their Moms' how it is done! With an entire team effort, the Flames fell short to the Elite Gamers. Both teams made thier Moms' proud!

B Battle on the Diamond
The Flames late inning rallys were never enough to get them through the bracket at the B Battle on the Diamond in Gainesville. The Flames went 3-3 losing the the MC Hawks in the losers bracket to end their tournament on Sunday. See you this weekend at the field!

Flames win Blue Sky Diamond Duel
After a disappointing finish in King of the Mountain, the Flames bounced back with a first place finish at USSSA's Blue Sky Diamond Duel in McDonough. Led by Ashley's hot bat and great pitching by all 3 pitchers, the Flames put up 6 impressive wins.

Flames win "Step up your Game"
The Flames pulled out a hard fought victory over the North Cherokee Lady Pirates in ITB. After losing their pool game the Flames went undefeated and ran the table on the bracket. With the bases loaded in ITB Grace caught a pop up and turned the double play. Great job ladies! See you next weekend at "King of the Mountain"

Flames place 2nd in Season Opener
After a fast start the Flames fell flat in the Championship game losing to the FC Blitz 6-1. Look for the Flames to bounce back in thier next tournamnet. Great pitching was done by Ashely and Lexi. Well done Flames!
Monday, January 30
Flames begin practice
The 10U Flames started practicing indoors early in January. As the month comes to an end they begin heading outdoors for practices. The girls are looking forward to their first friendly in February and first tournament in March
Sunday, November 6
2nd place finish in "Miracle in Marietta"
The Flames started off at early against the Georgia Fire. The Flames came out victorious 9-0. The Flames were not as lucky in the second game agains the Gator Girls. The Flames lost 4-1. By only allowing 4 runs in two games, the Flames earned the 2nd seed. After a long 6 hour wait between games, the Flames held strong against the Georgia Fire, again, to play in the championship game against Georgia Select. A great game was played by everyone. Kaitlyn had an amazing triple in the 4th inning to drive in a run. Grace drove her in with a line drive up the middle. Final score Select-6 Flames-3. Great Tournament girls!!
Monday, November 14
2nd Place finish at "It's Almost Over" in Terrell Mill
Another great tournament by the 10U Flames. Playing thier best softball of the season, the Flames lost in the championship game to the Georgia Force. Great job girls! We cannot wait for the Spring!

Tryouts
Thank you to everyone for coming to tryouts today! It was a great day and a great job by all of the girls.
We look forward to seeing everyone again on Sunday August 21st at 1pm. If you did not attend tryouts on the 14th, you can still come on the 21st. All selections will be made after tryouts on the 21st. Players will begin being notified on Wednesday August 24th. If you have any questions please contact one of the coaches.
