ACBL SUMMER 2014

The Atlanta College Baseball League is looking for players for the 2014 season. Within the ACBL you will find a wide demographic of players from Div. I, II, III, NAIA and JUCO players that live around our communities and outside of our communities; we all gather each year and are united by a common passion for playing and enjoying the game of baseball.

The ACBL will start its first year as a summer collegiate wooden bat developmental league for college players.

Organizational Purpose:
The goal of the ACBL has expanded over the past year. Our original goals have always been to provide baseball to college players that don't have anywhere to play when their perspective collegiate seasons end. We are here to do that, with our collegiate baseball league, and our perfered college baseball teams. Just because a person didn't make their college teaam  doesn’t mean that he loves baseball any less, so we are giving them a chance to play and possibly make their college team as a walk-on. However with our expansion into the summer collegiate league and competitive objectives on our college team, we've also focused some of our goals towards helping young men succeed in the baseball careers beyond what time they may spend with us. The ACBL invites all young men 18-23 interested at any skill level to take part and get involved, the ACBL offers something for athletes at the collegiate skill level.

HOW DO YOU GET INVOLVED?
Players can Register by going to the Handouts page and complete a Player Profile form and email it to atlantacollegebaseballleague@yahoo.com. Players will be put in a Player Pool and all players will be placed on a team. If you have any questions you can contact Coach Anderson at 404-574-8656. Hope to see you this summer!

By establishing long-term working relationships for the use of high school fields and other local facilities, the ACBL plays a constructive role in maintaining the fields that it uses. In addition, it involves its members in activities to support the baseball programs of the schools with which it works. The ACBL is a non-profit organization the operates through Jay's All-Stars Baseball Organization, for more information go to www.jaysallstars.com.
