Athens International Little League

   This link is for those needing to register and play in the Athens International Little League.

   Many people do not know that Clarke County is divided into 2 Little League programs. Both programs are here to support and encourage the youth in the area to come out and learn the game of baseball.These two leagues are completely volunteer and share the same passion and drive for the children of the community.

   If you have questions as to which league you are assigned,please feel free to contact us, the Athens Little League, or take some time and visit the Athens International Little League website and follow the contact links there.

   Though the 2 leagues currently do not play regular season games against each other,there is a season ending "City Tournament" that always holds fun and excitement for all! We hope to see you out there playing ball!

          Athens International League Spring 2009 Signup dates:
    (All signups will be held at Saterfield Park. Cherokee Rd behind Skate Around USA)

  • January 11,2009    2:00p.m. - 4:00p.m.
  • January 13,2009   6:00p.m. - 8:00p.m
  • January 15,2009   6:00p.m. - 8:00p.m.
  • January 24,2009 10:00a.m. - 2:00p.m.
  • January 25,2009  2:00p.m. - 4:00p.m.
Registration forms for the Athens International League at Saterfield Park can be found at http://www.leaguelineup.com/athensinternational (then click on the "Forms" section). You will need to bring the child's birth certificate and Insurance information to signups.
 
   "Athens International Little League was established over thirty years ago. We are
already preparing to serve your children for the Spring of 2009 Season. There
are some volunteer positions available with our league; please join us. Tryouts
for boys age 9-12 will be held Feb 10th 6p-8p, 12th 6p-8p, and 14th 10a-12p (all
boys will be drafted onto a team) Teams will be posted on February 15th by
2:00 PM on the Satterfield Concession Stand and our website!"
