- Parents,please review the Parent Code Of Conduct file.Little League promotes a positive atmosphere and does not and will not tolerate anything less.We understand that games get competitive but all members of the AANLL are volunteers and doing the best they can.Umpires may be paid a nominal fee but are also doing the best job they are capable of.If you see something that needs to be addressed,please do not take it into your own hands,degrade any player or become in any manner unruly. Simply find a board member and have your concerns addressed.
