Coach Karen Hughes will go over the basic skill requirements as some experience is necessary to participate. She will also distribute information packets for those of you who wish to participate. The packet includes:

• requirements needed to be on the team
• directions to Artistic Gymnastics
• practice schedule
• High School Gymnastics meet schedule

Please be sure to bring a completed High School Athletic Participation Form with you to tryouts. See the Handouts section for a copy of the required athletic participation form.

Our practices will be in full swing the first week of November.  Here's some important information to remember:

• Workouts:

Practices are on Tuesday and Thursday, 3:00-4:30 pm at Artistic Gymnastics.  The gym will open at 2:30 pm.  

Notes:
• wear proper workout clothes to practice (leotard required)
• leave good jewelry at home

• Athletic Physical:

All athletes must have an athletic physical.  If you participated in fall sports, you have met this requirement.  Forms can be found on the team web site:
