• First Meet:

The Athens Gymnastics team will participate in their first meet on:

Tuesday, November 25th @ 7:30 pm at Artistic Gymnastics

Teams participating in the meet include:

Athens Drive, Garner, Middle Creek, Southeast Raleigh, Lee County, Southern Lee, Leesville, Holly Springs, Panther Creek Independents: Clayton, West Johnston, Selma-Smithfield, Page, Laney

Note: Team - please arrive at the gym at 6:00 pm for warm-ups.

• Practices:

Practices are on Tuesday and Thursday, 3:00-4:30 pm at Artistic Gymnastics.  The gym will open at 2:30 pm.  

Notes:
• wear proper workout clothes to practice (leotard required)
• leave good jewelry at home

• Athletic Physical:

All athletes must have an athletic physical.  If you participated in fall sports, you have met this requirement.  Forms can be found on the team web site:
