The Social Club boasts its own working committee, which is different from the ATFC official committee. The lounge boasts a fine collection of Talbot trophies from past and present including the Centenary Scottish Cup which the Talbot were presented with after beating Pollok 3-2 at Hampden Park in 1986. The Social Club is also home to the Affleck Club and Willie Young Loyal both registered Talbot supports clubs, and many of their members can be found frequenting the popular club.

Talbot's friendly atmosphere has seen an upsurge in rival fans using the club's facilities, and at the moment they have also attracted a Hibernian supporters club who use the Social Club before their visit to Kilmarnock.
