Pee Wee Soccer: Welcome

Welcome to Aston Soccer Pee-Wee Home Page

Pee-wee is Aston Soccer's program for four and five year old players.  The upcomming 2009 Fall program is for children born in 2004 and 2005.  Clinics are conducted on Saturday mornings at 9, 10, or 11AM. The fall season begins the first Saturday after Labor Day in September and runs for 6 weeks. There are no weeknight practices for Pee Wee players.

Aston Youth Soccer also runs a winter indoor program for Pee-Wee players on Sunday afternoons which will begin in late January 2010.

Wednesday, November 4

Due to the many rain outs, we will have to cram three weeks of soccer into one weekend.  Our friends from across the ocean will not be available after this weekend.

Here is the schedule for Pee wee soccer this weekend beginning on FRIDAY NIGHT.

Friday, November 6th:  6:00 PM, 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM at the Aston Community Center field house

Saturday  November 7th at Sun Valley at regular time 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM

Sunday, November 8th at Sun Valley 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, and 3:00 PM

Please pick up your pictures which will be in a box in the gym on Friday night.

In addition, we will be hosting  a soccer academy on Friday evenings for our pee wee players.  There will be nine sessions in all and the cost will be around $45. The fee covers the training and building expenses.   Our emphasis will be on athletic movements and coordination building as well as general soccer skill building.  Training will be done by our staff.  Please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested in having your child participate.

The Academy dates will be:

Friday, November 13, 2009

Friday, January  8, 2010

Friday, November 20, 2009

Friday, January 15, 2010

Lastly, we are still looking for a volunteer to serve as our Pee-wee coordinator.  This is an important position within the Aston Youth Soccer organization, as it is at the pee wee level that parents and players get their first impression of Aston Youth Soccer and for many, their first taste of soccer and athletics.  By filling this position I will be able to free up time to devote to other projects that will benefit your players in years to come.
