Coach T.P. is the head coach of the A-State Chosen Ones. He started out volunteering at Thrasher Boys and Girls Club of Little Rock, AR in 2003, coaching recreational and elementary school league basketball. He coached his team to 4 championships in age divisions of : 6 & 7 , 8 & 9 , and 10 & 11yr olds . In 2005 his team made it to the 5th grade championship game and was runner-up. In 2007 he moved on to a more competitive level. This year, 2009 will mark the first year of the A-State Chosen Ones Basketball Organization. Coach T.P. is a very dedicated and hard working coach. He believes in preparing "kids on the court for life off the court". Coach T.P. has a genuine love of basketball and his players.

Khari N. Withers is and avid lover of athletics, especially basketball. He has served as Recreation Director for Longley Baptist Church for 3 years and served as coordinator for the Men Christian league for 5 years. Khari is the father of 3 children DeVante (14), Kaisey (9), and Khari II (6). All three chldren are very active in athlethics basketball, football, baseball, cheerleading. He became assistant coach in 2009 and has developed a great passion for the AAU basketball program. His hobbies are bowling, watching television, and hanging out with his 3 wonderful children.
