and a utility bill (water bill preferred).

Registration for the Spring baseball season will be held on Jan 6 & 9 at Dick's Sporting Goods at Arrowhead Mall.
Registration dates & times: Jan 6th @ 6-9pm and Jan 9th @ 9am-12pm.
