SOFTBALL -- ADULT: League Rules

Here is some basic information:
--USSSA is changing over to cor 40 balls starting January 1, 2010, we will do so starting with the Spring 2010 season. The Worth Classic M (UC12SY) is the recommended softball or the Classic Plus Hot Dot.
You can purchase other softballs as long as they are YELLOW, slowpitch 12" softballs marked Classic M or Classic Plus Hot Dot.
S&S Team Sports is our recommended vendor. They will have the softballs and they will sell them to ARPD teams for $38 per dozen.
--There is a 1 ball-1 strike count on the batter when they step up to the plate.
--Uniforms/jerseys are required for the SECOND WEEK of play.
--Non-approved bats are as follows:
Miken Ultra Balanced
Miken Ultra End Load
Miken Ultra II
These are the only bats not permitted in ARPD softball.
