RESIDENT REGISTRATION: Nov 17 - Jan 8
NON-RESIDENT REGISTRATION: Dec 1 - Jan 8

COST: $150 Resident; $262.50 Non-Resident

AGES: As of December 31, 2009
U9 Boys (2170.101)                                  [7&8 year olds]
U11 Boys/Girls (2171.101/2171.151)     [9&10 year olds]
U13 Boys/Girls (2172.101/2172.151)    [11&12 year olds]
U15 Boys (2173.101)                                [13&14 year olds]

DATES: Practices begin: the week of Feb 1 (Practice times TBA- Twice/week)
                Games begin: TBA
                Evaluations: TBA

WHERE: Webb Bridge Park, 4780 Webb Bridge Road, Alpharetta    OR
                   North Park, 13450 Cogburn Road, Alpharetta

AFFILIATION
: We will be associated with Metro Atlanta Youth Lacrosse Association (MAYLA)  so traveling will be required for away games.

REGISTER (3 ways) :
1. Visit www.alpharetta.ga.us. Under 'For Residents' click 'Recreation & Parks'. In the middle of the page on the right you will see 'Online Registration.' You will need a Customer ID
2. Come into any of our facilities: Crabapple Government Center, 12624 Broadwell Rd; Alpharetta Community Center, 175 Roswell St; Wills Park Rec Center, 11915 Wills Rd)
3. Contact Phillip Giltman for a registration form.
