.........having trouble accessing the Message Board........

It sounds like a 'login looping' issue.

******a tip from a current member: Just wanted to let you know that i had problems with the login loop. All I do is right click on the "speak out" link, then click open in new tab. It pops rright up for me. Maybe you could put this option in your my site news.****************************

This member can try clearing your temporary internet files and deleting your eteamz cookies as described at the links below (even if the FAQ page doesn't sound like your situation). When you delete your temporary internet files, be sure you have only one browser window open. Then, close that browser and open a new one to go to your site.

If you still have trouble, please try the tips below.

The techs believe the root of the problem lies in the fact the the your computer is not properly accepting the cookie. There are some questions that we can ask that will help us diagnose the issue. There are only a few members out of several million who are having this issue so it's something on the member's computer causing the conflict.

1) What are your privacy settings. In ie7 on the menu bar (if its not showing click the ALT button) go to tools --> internet options --> then click on the privacy tab. (medium, medium-high, low, etc)
2) What does your clock read. Is it off by more than 30 minutes.
3) Do you have any third party toolbar plugins or security software (if so, delete or disable them to test the login)
4) Are you up to date with windows updates?
5) One member said she discovered the problem was with the new firewall provided by her internet service provider (ISP) . It was blocking the website and causing her log-in to loop over and over. Once she disabled that, she was able to login.
6) Does it work in firefox? You can download firefox browser and try using that at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox

Firefox is a more secure browser than MSIE and you can actually have both browsers installed and switch back and forth. You can use Firefox just to make site updates if you want. Most members have found that this is working for them.

IF NONE OF THE ABOVE SOLVE YOUR ISSUE, PLEASE CONTACT THE WEBSITE ADMINISTRATOR AT AAAINFO@ARNOLDATHLETIC.COM .

 THANK YOU
