Cedar Lake Elementary - Maple Grove Cedar Island Elementary is located just Southeast of the 94/494/694 interchange in Maple Grove. From the South: Head North on 494. Take a Right at Bass Lake Rd to head East. Take a Left at Northwest Blvd (Hwy 61) to head North. This road will become Hemlock Ln. Cedar Island Elementary and playfields will be on your Left. From the East: Head East on 94/694. Take a Left on Hemlock Ln (Hwy 61) to head South. Cedar Island Elementary and playfields will be on your Right.
Cedar Manor School & Park South on Hwy 169. Exit at Cedar Lake Road. Go east (turn right)on Cedar Lake Road. Cedar Manor School is on left (just after crossing Hwy 169). Field is located at bottom of hill next to school. Crystal Community Center Rockford Road (County Road 9) to Douglas Drive North. Turn north. Go 6 blocks and the Crystal Community Center is on the east side of the street. Rockford Road can be accessed east from Highway 169, I-494 or west from Highway 100.
Cub Foods French Regional Park French Regional Park Jefferson - Bloomington Site: Normandale Hills Elementary School 9501 Toledo Avenue South Bloomington, Minnesota 55437-3799 TAKE NORMANDALE BLVD./HWY 100 TO 95TH STREET SO. HEAD EAST ON 95TH GO ABOUT 1 1/2 BLOCKS (JUST FOLLOW THE ROAD IT DOES CURVE TO THE NORTH). THE FIELD IS BEHIND THE SCHOOL.
Minneapolis Field is located on NW corner of 12th Avenue N & Penn Avenue N. Directions: From Intersection of Hwys 100 & 55: East on Hwy 55 (towards downtown Mpls). North/left at Penn Avenue North (lights). Go to first stop light - turn left. Go one block and turn right (Queen Avenue N / one way). Field entrance is on Queen Avenue side of the field.
Mission Hills Park On the west side of Zachary Lane between 36th and 42nd Avenues. Plymouth Creek Fieldhouse Take Hwy 494 to the Hwy 55 exit and go West on Hwy 55 to the first light. Make a right at the first light onto Fernbrook Lane and go north to the second (2nd) stop sign and make a left onto 34th Ave No. Take 34th Ave No around the curve past the West Lutheran School and you will see the Plymouth Creek entrance on the right just past the apartment houses.

Breck School From Northwest: Take Highway 169 (Cty. Rd. 18) south to Highway 55. East on 55 to Highway 100, and then south on 100 to the Glenwood exit. At the stoplight take a left onto Glenwood and go two blocks to Ottawa. Go left onto Ottawa, and Breck School is at the bottom of the hill.

Eagan Eden Prairie High School From State Hwy. 5: Go north on Eden Prairie Road (County Road 4) to Valley View Road and turn left. The high school is just past the Community Center. Turn right at the stop sign and park in the visitor's lot. From Interstate Hwy. 494: Take US Hwy. 494 to State Hwy. 5 West. Follow State Hwy. 5 west to Eden Prairie Road. Turn right (north) onto Eden Prairie Road (County Road 4). Turn left onto Valley View Road. The high school is just past the Community Center. Turn right at the stop sign.
Eden Prairie Starring Lake Edina Community Center The Edina Community Center is located on the east frontage road of Highway 100 between Crosstown/62 and West 50th Street in Edina. Directions: From Southbound Highway 100 exit Benton Ave. Turn left at the stop sign, crossing over Highway 100. Turn left onto the frontage road/Normandale Road. Turn right on South View Lane. (first right). Field is on your right between Community Center and South View Middle School.
Edina High School From East or West Crosstown (Hwy 62)exit at Tracy Ave. Go south on Tracy Ave. to Valley View Road. Turn right or west on Valley View past Valley View Middle School on the right. Enter the west entrance. Field is located between the North and South parking lots.

Hosterman Middle School Directions: Take Hwy. 169 to Bass Lake Rd Exit. Go East on Bass Lake Rd three lights to Winnetka Ave. Go right (south) one block and make a right onto Zealand Ave No. The field is 500 yards behind the Elementary School and Middle School.
Lakeville Century Junior High Directions: Century Junior High is located at the southeast corner of 185th Street and Ipava Avenue in Lakeville. Easy directions from I-35: Exit I-35 at 185th Street. Go east to Ipava Avenue, and turn south on Ipava Avenue to enter the parking lot.

Minnetonka High School Take Interstate 494 south to Highway 7 west until you reach the Highway 101 intersection, and take a left onto County 101. Take 101 south until you reach the Old Excelsior Boulevard intersection, and take a right onto Old Excelsior Boulevard. Proceed on Old Excelsior Boulevard until it turns into Delton Avenue. Minnetonka High School will be on the left.

Monticello Mound Westonka From the north: Take I-494 to Hwy 12 (Interstate 394) West. Head West on 394/Hwy 12 to the Hwy 15 West off ramp. Take Hwy 15 West for about 8 miles until the road tees into Hwy 110 in Mound. Turn Right on Hwy 110 (Commerce Blvd) heading North for about 1.5 miles to Sunnyfield Road. Turn Left and the High School is about 1/4 mile on the left. Take the first entrance and drive to the parking area between the high school and district office. The field is located behind the high school on the South side.
Moundsview From the west, take I-694 to Long Lake Rd. exit, right onto Long Lk Rd.(turns into 10th St NW) 3/4 mi to school.
Northview Junior High Exit Brooklyn Blvd off of 694/94 and go north to 69th Avenue North (stoplight) and go left (west). The school is up on your left side about a mile or so.

Wayzata High School (Elm Creek Playfield D) Coming from Interstate 494/694 split: Proceed south on 494, exit Cnty Rd. 9, proceed west on Cnty Rd. 9 to a right (north) on Vicksburg Ln. N., continue on Vicksburg Ln. N. to a left (west) on Old Rockford Rd., proceed on Old Rockford Rd., to a right on Peony Ln. N., proceed over bridge to Wayzata High School. Coming from intersection of Interstates 394/494: Proceed north on 494, exit Hwy 55, proceed west on Hwy. 55 to a right (north) on Peony Ln. N. proceed over bridge to Wayzata High School. Games will be played on the Plymouth Elm Creek Playfields. From Interstate 494 take Hwy 55 west to Peony Lane and turn right (north). Follow Peony over the bridge to the stop light. The high school will be on the left. Turn left on the access road. Follow this road past the football stadium, around the south side of the school. Park in the lot across from the outdoor basketball courts. There is a footpath to the north of the basketball courts, follow this footpath to Field D.

Willowstone Park From 610 and Noble Parkway: North on Noble Pkwy to 97th Ave N; Go right(East) on 97th Ave N about 1 mile to Newton Ave; Right(South) on Newton to 95th Ave N; Left(East) on 95th Ave N to field on right.
Woodbury Jr. High From north: Take I-694 (turns into 494) south to Valley Creek Rd. Exit at Valley Creek Rd. and turn right. Take first right on Weir Dr. Take left at Upper Afton Road. Turn Left onto School Dr. Follow to second building, Woodbury Junior High. Field is on opposite side of the building.
