Registrations (Player, Parent, Volunteer, Sponsor Registrations)
- Player Registration (name, address, phone number, email address, height weight, gender, date of birth, active/inactive, tryout number, registration number)
- Parent Information (name, phone number, address, email address relationship to player)
- Uniform/School for each player (shirt size, pant size, shoe size, hat size, jersey number, school information)
- Players Medical Information (Doctor name and phone number, Dentist name and phone number, emergency contact information, insurance information)
- Fees (per player, fundraiser donation, other fees, amount paid, balance due, how fee was paid)
- Volunteer Registration (name, address, phone number, email, position (coach, team parent, scorekeeper, etc.)

- Queries including; Birthdate, age, registration date, birth certificate, residence, uniform sizes, weight, medical info, emergency contact info, school info, tryout number, division (assigned/unassigned to) teams (assigned/unassigned to) for Players, Volunteers Parents (inactive or active)
