| I am thrilled to see a program that has a division just for 13 year olds making the transition to the regulation field. Many programs lump the new 13 year olds with the 14 and 15 year olds...often because they don't have enough boys. I've heard that as a result, many 13 year olds just don't continue because they are too worried about looking foolish on a 90 ft field in front of older boys, or they play one season and drop out. I noticed that you don't seem to always have a program in the Fall. Is this because of a lack of adult volunteers? |
