What is the Central Arkansas Men's Adult Baseball League? CAMABL is a league associated with the Men’s Senior Baseball League (MSBL)/Men’s Adult Baseball League (MABL) which is a national organization, which organizes amateur baseball in local leagues, 30 regional tournaments and six national tournaments, and allows players over the age of 18 to play baseball who have no other alternative or who do not want to play softball.

What's the cost to play in the CAMABL? Average player costs are between $200-$220 per player ($10-$11/game) (includes League player registration and team-related fees for umpires, fields, etc.), but the cost could be reduced depending on sponsorships funds each team receives and roster size or increased if jerseys need to be purchased. Costs are based on 15 player rosters. Note: Uniforms fees are not included and are determined by individual teams.

When can I register? Players interested can register at anytime, but in order to be eligible to play, player registration fees ($27/player) must be paid prior to the start of the season. Teams fee due date are determined by the league president.

What about games? CAMABL teams play two-7 inning games on Sundays, game times at 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm. Regular Season runs anywhere from mid-April/May to the end of July, with the end of the year tournament held the first two weeks of August. No games are held on Mother's Day and Fourth of July.

How many games are played? All CAMABL teams play 20 regular season games unless games are rained out and are unable to be re-scheduled with all games played on Sundays. The end of the year tournament can run from Friday night to Sunday.

Where are games played? The league uses a variety of city, high school, and college fields throughout the Central Arkansas area, located generally in Little Rock and Conway area.

How many teams are in the league?  The CAMABL have been averaging 7 to 8 teams the past 5 seasons.  But we are always looking to add more every year.  If you are interested in starting your own team, please be sure to advise us of your intentions by contacting the league and be sure to attend all manager's meeting.

What is the level of competition? The league has many former high school, college players, and professional players, as well as many current college players. The age range is 18 and up.  

What type of bats may be used? Either aluminum or wood maybe used during gameplay.  One is rule is the aluminum bat must not be greater than a -3 ounce drop and be BESR approved.  The wood bat must also not be greater than a -3.
