About Us

The Lady Bears are a non profit youth organization that works through basketball.
Mission
The FLM Arkansas Lady Bears basketball program mission is to enrich the skills and character of every young person. The program will encourage them to be all that they can be in life, as well as basketball. We will provide an opportunity to travel to new places and see new things, while developing them physically, emotionally, and socially. Our program will encourage them to be academically sound in school and inspire them to be college bound. We will provide sportsmanship awareness and other methods for modeling the civil and ethical conduct for the total person. Ultimately we teach respect for self, others, life, and for the game of basketball.
The Lady Bears compete on the AAU, Premier Basketball, PrimeTimeSportz, Mayb, BCI, and ASA basketball circuits:
