Parents and Players
As you all know we are now in a first class facility with four courts and workout room available to us. It is no doubt going to be the finest facility in the valley. And as you all know we have lowered our monthly tuition rates to $100 per player. We are best deal in town! That is why we are asking that you get off the bench and into the game.
It is important that all parents and players in our club get involved and volunteer to make the tournaments that we host in our facility a first class event. Your cooperation is imperative for the smooth operation of our program. We cannot afford to hire personnel to run our program tournaments. It is up to each and every member of our program to get involved and make our season a success. We are asking that each family contribute at least 20 hours per season. Our club is going to host about two or three tournaments per month everyone should be able to get their hours. If you volunteer make sure to sign the volunteer list with Anthony Ledesma so your hours can be recorded.
Below you will find some details that need to be assigned. You can pick one or two and arrange to work the next tournament that we host. We are starting with hosting the boys events in October. The schedule can be found on our club calendar. Just pick a date and contact us to let us know you are working. You will be given your assignment when you arrive.

Information and Check in Desk:
Court Staff: Check the bathrooms every hour make sure all amenities are sufficient. Also take out the trash when needed. Check in at the front desk to log bathroom and trash pickup. Coaches Referee Lounge Facilitator: Make sure that the lounge is well stocked. Bistro: Assist Executive Chef Daniel Lopez in the smooth operation of the bistro to make sure we are in compliance with all vendor and food rules and regulations. Set-up and tear down bistro area. We will also need two servers for the box seats.
