This is a copy of our Club Tryout Evaluation form that we will use at tryouts. These drills can be previewed at our club summer camps. We will keep this evaluation form and re-test your daughter later in the season to see how she is improving with these skills.

All uniforms must comply with Official Arizona Saguaros Volleyball Club apparel and accessories.

Parents and players can use this order form (Section B) to order additional Arizona Saguaros items. You can order at any time. Any new items will be displayed at practice and will be added to the order form. All orders must go through Annette Greening and must be paid in full prior to order being placed.
