Coach Mo Track & Field Camp
Coach Mo classic start form 08 200
Coach Mo has trained the finest in youth, high school college & pro athletes
Days of week: Sunday, Monday & Wednesday.  Other dates TBA.

Time: Sunday's at 830am & 10am.  Weekdays at 3 & 7pm

Where: Phoenix Christian high school
1751 W. Indian School Rd, Phoenix, Az

 

For who: Ages 8 thru 12th grade

Fees Vary:  (Daily, weekend and one week rates)

What to bring: Running shoes, track spikes and water bottle (bring lots of water).

What to wear: Comfortable loose fittin shorts, T-shirt.  No spandex.

What to expect: A relentless series of drills designed to build a model of speed, endurance, technique and saavy needed for sprinting, running and/or jumping.

Coach Mo Track Camps 

Our Camps help to ensure that our athletes are prepared for their specific event demands in regards to the upcoming season.

Well known for our relentless series of drills that improve speed & agility, we have a proven track record preparing the best players to perform at their best anytime, anywhere at any level.

Track Practice and Registration

Practice & registration is held twice weekly for the Arizona Lightning Track Club. We train in Ahwatukee and Central Phoenix. Fall conditioning starts in October and winter minicamp between Thanksgiving & Christmas Holiday's. Regular registration & practice starts the second week of the New Year and continues through May. Contact us for more information.
