2009 California State Tournament Results:
10U: Our 10U team lost their first two games and was eliminated from the tournament. 12U: Our 12U team won the tournament and are the 2009 State Champions. Congratulations girls!!! Here's a couple pictures of our champs:

Attention parents!!! Looking for a fun place for your daughter to play softball? Check us out! We have fabulous fields (including a new field under construction for the spring), lots of great people and best of all, SNACK BARS AND REAL RESTROOMS AT EVERY FIELD!!!! You do not have to live in Arcadia to play.....
Wondering if your game is going to get rained out? You can call the Rainout number 90 minutes before game time until daylight savings and then 2 hours before game time after that to find out: 626-226-7752.
Our focus as a league is not only on developing the girls softball skills, but more importantly, developing life skills through the lessons of softball, like perseverance, teamwork, sportsmanship and honoring the game. We invite you to check out the parents section on ways parents can help make the players experience even better, perhaps get a book suggested in the library!!!!!
We are always looking for volunteers. Coaches are obviously a large part of the volunteers needed for a softball league, but we also need people with many other skills, right now we can use a plumber, electrician, someone familiar with framing and drywall, sprinkler repair and field maintenance, just talk to us at registration or call 626-226-7752 if you can help!!!

Fall Ball 2009
ARCADIA GIRLS SOFTBALL FALL BALL 2009 AGSA invites you to play in our second year of fall ball. Girls ages 6-16 may play and no experience is necessary! Fall ball is a time for new players to learn and for experienced players to try a new position or hone their skills at their favorite position. There are no standings as the focus is on learning and player development. Most games will be on Sunday afternoons to avoid conflict with AYSO games. THIS IS ALSO A GREAT TIME TO INVITE A FRIEND WHO HAS NOT PLAYED BEFORE!!!! Games are from Sunday September 13, 2009 to Sunday November 22, 2009. We encourage girls to play in next years division which is based on their age as of December 31, 2009. AS WITH ALL ASA LEAGUES, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE IN ARCADIA TO PLAY! Download a registration form and mail along with payment made out to AGSA to the address below by September 8, 2009. Fees are $75 per player which includes a jersey, insurance and umpire fees.
